JULIENNE ANGELES, MD MPH
Having grown up in the area, Julienne Angeles, MD MPH has always felt a strong connection to the community she now serves. Caring for patients close to home is especially meaningful to her, as it allows her to give back to the place that helped shape who she is. During medical school, she was honored with the Tom M. Johnson Award for Physician Leadership & Excellence in the Art of Medicine and the Care of Patients and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. With over more than a decade in practice, Dr. Angeles has found that the most rewarding part of medicine is the relationships she builds with her patients. She values the trust they place in her and believes it is a privilege to support people through every stage of their health journey by celebrating milestones, navigating challenges, and working together to help them live healthier lives.
Dr. Angeles is accepting new patients. Please call 209-468-6700 to determine if the clinic is contracted with your health insurance carrier.

JUN PAZ, NP-C
In 1998, Jun Paz immigrated to the United States to reunite with his family, a decision he considers one of the most meaningful of his life. Watching his two children grow up has been one of his greatest joys, and family continues to be at the center of what matters most to him. Jun’s path in healthcare began with a strong foundation in medicine. He earned his medical degree from Manila Central University Filemon D. Tanchoco Medical Foundation College of Medicine in the Philippines before moving to the United States. He later began his healthcare career in the US as a laboratory technician at Dameron Hospital and went on to serve as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at San Joaquin General Hospital for 10 years. After completing his Nurse Practitioner degree, Jun continued to build his clinical experience in the Emergency Department and with San Joaquin County Correctional Health. Since 2012, he has practiced in primary care, caring for children, adults, and older adults, and providing women’s health services. He values the opportunity to build lasting relationships with his patients and to support their health and well-being at every stage of life.
